ICPEE 2018 was held successfully in Xiamen University of Technology, China during September 3-5, 2018. Dr. Wu Keshou from Xiamen University of Technology, China; Dr. Zhang Weidong from United Nations Development Programme, Beijing, China; Dr. Chen Changping from Xiamen Ocean Vocational College, China and Dr. Liu Shoujie from Fujian Smart City Association, China gave the Opening Ceremony on Sept 3, 2018.
Prof. Gordon Huang from Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science, University of Regina, Canada; Prof. Yongping Li from Beijing Normal University, China and Xiamen University of Technology, China and Prof. Wang Shuguang from School of Environment Science and Engineering, Shandong University, China have attended the conference as keynote speakers. In addition, many researchers, engineers, academicians as well as industrial professionals from all over the world have presented their research results and development activities.
